In compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Legislative Decree 196/2003, as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018 and related national legislation, we provide the interested party with the necessary information regarding the purposes and methods of processing personal data relating to the data provided in the Contact form on this website, as well as the possible scope of communication and dissemination of the same.
Data processing is based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, and transparency, purpose and retention limitations, data minimization, accuracy, and the protection of integrity, confidentiality, and the rights provided for by law.
- Data Controller (Manager and Persons in Charge)

The processing operations will be carried out by persons appointed by the Data Controller, who operate under his direct authority in compliance with the instructions received.
2. Purpose
We inform the interested party that the personal data voluntarily provided by completing the online Contact form will be processed exclusively for the purpose of responding to and sending information requested by the interested party and for the purposes of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller.
Data processing for purposes other than those specified here will not be carried out without the Data Subject’s explicit consent and delivery of the relevant information.
3. Nature of data provision
Providing data in the Contact form fields is optional, except for those marked as mandatory. These fields are necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data subject is contacted, and refusal to provide them will prevent the Data Controller and its representatives from providing the requested responses and information.

The personal data provided by the Data Subject by completing the fields in the Contact form online when submitting requests will be stored in the relevant application exclusively for the purposes indicated above.
